The main administrative gates are situated at 450 Academy Way in historic Boston. Visitor parking is available in the north courtyard lot adjacent to the central library. Scheduled tours convene promptly at the admissions reception desk inside Founders Hall.

Administrative offices observe standard weekday hours from 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the evening. Meetings with department heads or the Director of Philanthropy are arranged exclusively by prior appointment to protect instructional continuity.
